I don't have any sympathy for Margarito but....

I enjoyed Margarito's fights for sure. But people aren't just mad about the wraps, they're put off by his mullet-like hairstyle. It's almost unforgivable as far as how it reflects on the sport.

 

Theres no proof that
A) He has ever cheated in a fight, and
B) He knew about the wraps before the Mosley fight.

If anything his performance last night indicated to me that no illegal wraps were used in his previous fights.

Its clear some people think hes an ass anyway, with or without proof, this thread is just to restart the anti Margarito campaign immediately after he comes back and wins comfortably.

 

I would never do it in competition but when I'm in the gym I use old wraps because they are already formed to my hand, that way it makes it quicker and easier to get Into some gloves as soon as possible

I'm more alligned with the British forum. Cynical as ****. They showed no evidence, just handraps with a plaster like substance are any wraps when you sweat then leave them over night. It was against the rules but the way people say bricks, rocks, steel etc as if he loaded the gloves are just as clueless as the rest of us.
With the Manny and clottey fights it's pretty clear that cotto's defence was ropey as ****.

No one would of cared had it been an other welter but when it's cotto every fan was in on it. So there was already a bais.


Anyways somebody try and be heroic and show a picture of cotto's face to make the point that they where loaded.
