I don't rate Wilder, but Ortiz is no 'monster' or 'bogeyman'.

    But i still think it is not fair to say he looks beatable when no one has come come any closer to beating him. I personally think it was poor matchmaking, putting someone in there with a human punching bag like Dave Allen and a US track Olympian like Malik Scott made Ortiz look less devastating.

    I do agree you can tell the guy doesn’t like to lead off, he is only comfortable counter punching but the good thing is Wilder likes to lead off so we should see better fights.

    The great thing about this fight is that both fighters have a bit of an enigma element.

    Both Wilder and Ortiz have been 'beating around the bush' for far to long and for different reasons.

    Here it is ... a chance to make a clear statement about where each are at.

    I think I'll go into this fight as someone just watching to see what happens.
