    Wow, amazing how many people care about Maidana's magic gloves, why couldn't you all support Martinez so aggressively when Cotto utilized all his A Side advantages? Martinez was the champion, had to fight in NY, Cotto's crowd, catchweight, lil ring, no knee braces allowed, etc ...poor Sergio, I thought he had more fans than that, maybe he should of complained more about gloves than knees....

    Preventing someone from using LEGAL approved gloves and making someone use different ones is a total ***** move.

    Go watch the fight, martinez wore knee braces and came out 2nd.. the whole cotto demanding certain things was clearly a lie.

    The person who shouldn't be complaining is Maidana himself, get in the gym and use whatever glove you got...He a professional fighter and acting like he hasn't used a variety of gloves before....the A side picks the gloves, get used to it

    De La Hoya was the A side when he fought Mayweather. Mayweather still complains to this day about Oscar picking out his gloves. No fighter is going to be happy with not being able to choose their gloves.

    Mayweather won the fight with Oscar, he accepted the gloves, what Chino and his fans plan on doing...a Manny Pacquiao move? He going to fight Clottey instead?

    What? Even if Maidana doesn't get to use his gloves, he's still going to fight. For whatever reason though, you don't even think he should even complain. I disagreee.

    I don't think YOU should complain, you not in the ring... Maidana lost his chance to wear his magic gloves when he tried to pass those tampered blue gloves as legit.....cheater
