I don't see how anyone could have Taylor ahead at the time of the KO.

Unless a boxer can score points by punching his opponent's gloves....

    Agreed.

Abraham was ahead. But 2/3 official cards a bit wide IMO.

I gave JT 2 rounds, 1 even (the 1st) and the rest to AA. The point deduction was BS.

Abraham led on the official cards by 105-103, 107-102, 106-102 entering the 12th, I say it's fair.

So... because it was going AA's way, I wished Taylor could see the final bell. :-(

It was one of those fights where you could have come out with a wide range of cards, but I do think that AA was clearly landing the cleaner, harder punches. The KO puts a totally different perspective on things, though: it changed the fight from being AA scraping past a lethargic JT to something seemingly going like hot cakes.

Some people scored both 7 and 8 for Jermain. These same idiots, who don't know how to score a fight - literally, don't understand the rules - are the same ****s that post "[insert name of their favourite boxer] was robbed!!!!one!1!!2" threads.

    ****ing...softcocks.

I had Jermain 3-2 after 5 rounds.. but after that Abraham took most of them.. especially with point deduction..

Anybody who had Taylor ahead by the 12th can't score a boxing match..

and personally I wanted Taylor to win..

Taylor was doing very good early, he looked like he was going to win like he did against Froch and Pavlik then faded from the pressure.

I was rooting for Taylor but had Abraham up by 2 rounds going into the last round.

I had it as a draw going into the 12th. but i had 3 rounds even, as i couldn't pick between the two. but i've seen some ridiculous cards with abraham winning 9 of the first 11 and vice versa. but i thought the commentary was pretty awful. everytime abraham stuck his head out of his shell they creamed their pants.

The fight took place in Germany, so it's hardly shocking.

You do understand that hitting the other guy's gloves is not supposed to count as clean effective punching, right?
