Thurman looked great last night, he dominated, stopped a good fighter, and would beat the hell out of Khan and Algeri. I think he beats Mayweather at this point too. Floyd looked old against MAH-knee. He doesn't seem to take body shots well, but what fighter is perfect.
Thurman didn't look great but Sorby was hating on him ridiculously hard for roughly ten-fifteen bad seconds of the fight. Besides the body shot(which was certainly a bad moment for Thurman), Collazo barely did anything but miss and eat counters because he couldn't handle Thurman's speed. The biggest negative to me on Thurman now is not so much that he was in bad shape due to the body shot, but that his vaunted power has seemed less impressive in his recent somewhat step-up fights against Bundu, Guerrero, and Collazo. He busted Guerrero up pretty badly and made Collazo quit, so it's obvious he has good power at least, but it's not overwhelming power as his "one time" persona tries to suggest.
