I don't think Wilder has a prayer for Povetkin

just watched the full fight again and whats obvious is wilder is a terrible boxer and relys on power only.thing is he is wide open a better fighter will pick him off as he comes in with those wild swinging shots he throws.i would put joshua or haye in with him tommorow and they would have a good chance of beating him.fury will just outbox him and counter him all night.

Agreed. He gets by solely on his height, power and I will say his jab has improved a bit. But he's a clumsy oaf who makes all sorts of mistakes as you said, I think the other night really highlighted that.

I'd favor both Joshua and Haye to take Wilder out early in a shoot out. Joshua hit Whyte with all sorts of leather that I'm not sure Wilder could eat, Whyte proved to have an incredibly solid chin and was able to stun Joshua in the 2nd..... But it was after he stood up to Joshas heavy artillery, barely surviving. Not sure Wilder could do the same, he certainly has the power to hurt Joshua. But I think the more technically refined and disciplined fighter in Joshua gets to him first...

Haye a slick, fast and powerful counter puncher would make Wilder pay when he misses those wild shots leaving himself completely open and off balance. Wilder does not have the discipline a 2011 Wlad had to stick to a gameplan for 12 rounds and avoid Hayes sharp shots. There would be ample opportunity for Haye to counter and KO Wilder in a 12 round fight. Even if he's slipped a bit, he's a stylistic nightmare for Wilder.

Haye was probably salivating watching all the mistakes Wilder has made in his last 3 fights, and I'm sure he remembers the thrashing he gave him in sparring.
