I don't understand how people think Canelo will beat Golovkin

GGG will try to brawl with Canelo in this coming fight. The last time GGG did not perform well against Jacobs so this time he will do his best to beat Canelo. But it's not easy to KO. the fighter with a granite chin like Canelo so GGG will try to beat him convincingly or make him quit on the stool.

 

It's evened up some I'd say but you're right Canelo has never fought at the weight or indeed ever faced anyone who could physically hurt him and now for folk thinks he gonna be able to dip his toes into the water at the weight against GGG,good luck with that Canelo.

 

Fantastic resume and for what it's worth I never had Lara or Trout winning,let's see if how he handles it at middleweight

 

I don't think he has the power to KD much less KO GGG
However he will rock GGG a few good times with them uppercuts he places so beautifully IMO
I expect the action to heat up between rounds 3-6 and then GGG will score at least 2 KDs prior to the 10th
If Canelo wins I will give him all the credit he earned however I see GGG stopping him before the fight goes into the 11th

 

Good breakdown I can see Canelo winning the first two or three rounds but if he tires and goes to the ropes I could see a stoppage by GGG

 

Im a fan of both fighters as crazy as they may sound to you and your biased pov but i call it how i see it. You disagree but the best thing is we`ll see whos right on Sept. 16th

 

not saying your wrong but your saying your a canelo fan yet you give him no chance.. why do you support canelo if you don't think he's good?

 

I see how my post may of come across like that but Canelo is good and i like that he has fought guys that people said he wouldnt. I also like how he comes to fight and conducts himself outside the ring but i think he gets kod by GGG. IMHO Canelo should be a jrmw. Hes a tweener though. Too big for jrmw but not big enough for mw. I think if he fights the best guys in that division hes going to struggle. Sure he will win some but hes definitely going to lose some and i think that starts with GGG. I think Canelo is more skilled but not by as much as people think but GGG has an iron chin and hits like a mack truck which are two things i think we`d both agree on. I dont see canelos power at 160lbs and if you dont have the power to stop GGG and being as flat footed as Canelo is this fight at some point is going to come down to who can hurt and finish who and my money is on GGG. I just dont believe that Canelo can knock him out but im sure GGG can ko Canelo. Just how i see. May the best man win and i in no way am saying Canelo is a scrub as he is one of the best in the sport for sure.

 

i agree that ggg has an iron chin and punches hard and i agree that he can KO Canelo but Canelo can't KO him, Canelo only wins this fight by out boxing him to a points win, whether he can do that we will have to wait and see.

 

So we both see the same fight but with a different result lol! I just hope its a good fight and i think it will be while it lasts. If it does go the distance i hope there are no robberies.

 

You can be a fan of a fighter while believing they will lose a fight. In a sense, that's a little more realistic then the fans who think their guy is unbeatable.

I am a big canelo fan as well. Been since his TV debut. But like ringking, i don't think Alvarez wins.

 

Triple G isn't as skilled defensively as Canelo is. That could prove the decisive factor.

Rooting for GGG all the way but I definitely think Canelo has a chance.. Mainly because the fight is happening now.. If it wouldve been a couple years back I would've said GGG all the way with no doubt in my mind.. Canelo now defintely has a chance.. Either way hoping for a GGG late KO and an entertaining fight

 

Lol theres other reasons to support a fighter than just glory hunting....Nationality, personality and for some skin colour...Ive wanted fighters in the past to win for an assortment of reasons. They don't have to be the best
