I don't understand this Paranoia of Usyk being robbed vs Joshua.

Hearn has a bad track record, AJ was protected in his fight v Parker by the ref, everytime Parker got inside the ref split them apart, AJ panicked everytime Parker got inside, his fight v Martin was stopped prematurely, he`s a protected meal ticket.

Because British stoppages aren't a thing and it's not a Matchroom sponsored fight?

 

There is definitely a danger of Usyk being robbed.in the 2nd fight.

There was definitely a bit of bias in the judging towards AJ in the first fight. I had it as a pretty clear 9-3 round split in favor of Usyk, so the judges were giving AJ 1-2 rounds. Not insurmountable, but clear.

For the 2nd fight...AJ is no longer the prohibitive A-sider and being Ukranian isn't going to hurt Usyk's appeal for that matter.

So what's the problem?

The problem is that Wilder's comeback isn't moving the needle and Fury is sitting on his hands. This means that a Usyk-Joshua trilogy fight is likely the biggest ticket HW fight that can be arranged in the near term. This incentivizes the sanctioning bodies to incentivize the judges to make that fight happen.

In essence, Usyk becomes a victim of his own success and I really think he needs to stop Joshua this time around.
