I doubt Floyd fights Mosley

Floyd will try to duck him. But Mosley will acquiesce to all of Floyd's outrageous demands making it impossible for Floyd to NOT look like a *****.

Therefore the fight will happen.

 

I agree I doubt it happens im just hoping im wrong. I feel sorry for everyone hear jumping the guy acting like the fight is set in stone even though the talks have just began.

 

Floyd ducks all the big fights and you include DLH 2. Well what the hell whas Mayweather/De La Hoya I if Mayweather/De La Hoya 2 is a big fight?

 

I think Mayweather would surprise all of us this time. I think this fight gets made, Floyd knows the world is watching. If it doesn't get made Mr.Floyd would never get any respect at all.

look we all know, even floyds fans know that he has ducked risky fighters to keep his big 0 because it makes business sense being undefeated

floyd said on sky sports he wants to make 200m and retire, he will duck mosley and fight another cherry picked fighter so he can make that extra 10m or so. only at the end of his career will he accepted a fight with mosley and then pacquaio if he gets pass mosley that is.

mayweather is only in boxing to make money, he dont give a **** about legacy

i will also go on record saying mayweather will somehow back out of this fight with some stupid excuse or unreasonable demand. i really hope i am wrong and will be very happy if i am wrong

 

If this is Floyd's thinking then IMO he'll be in for a rude awakening. If Floyd-Mosley gets made, I'm hoping the Mosley that fought Margarito will be back, the one that looks to kill people inside the ring.

Then prepare for Pacquiao-Mosley fight next.

What's bad is the blantant history revision that goes on around here. Everybody forgets that Cotto's people wanted nothing to do with Mayweather when they were at 140. They forget that Arum immediately bought Cotto a paper belt when he came to 147 and was deadset on matching Cotto with Margo and not Mayweather. People forget that Shane made every excuse in the book about why he didn't want to fight Mayweather in the past. HBO set aside a date and asked Mosley live on T.V about whether or not he wanted the fight and all he did was make excuses about why he didn't want it. Look at some quotes from Schaefer about that fight in 2006;

"Shane and me and Oscar were sitting here in my office talking about the Mayweather fight," Schaefer said Tuesday from his Golden Boy offices in Los Angeles. "Shane said he didn't really want to do the fight right then, that he wanted to take a cross-country trip with his family. Oscar said, 'You have first choice.' "

Not it's pretty obvious that Shane wanted nothing to do with Floyd back when he was near the top of the p4p list, smack in the middle of his prime, and merely a good payday. He only wants to fight him now because he knows it's his best payday. They only guy that I can say that Floyd probably really didn't want to fight was Margarito.
