    I don't think that's really a virtue. Withstanding a few power punches in a fight and not getting knocked down is impressive. But taking dozens of power shots in the head and not getting knocked down... it reminds me of the song "Killing me softly".

    Ruslan provodnikov is a tough *******, but he fights stupid. You can have that style and still have subtle defensive abilities. Hes a great watch, but not my favourite fighter due to that macho bravery. Great chin, strength, good power, masses of stamina, so why not learn to defend?

    Ruslan doesnt outweigh his opponents by 20lbs. shouldnt compare the chins.

    Of all time?

    If just today , i think think of a number of guys from 154 -160 who could shut him off.

    Canelo, Kirkland, Lara and maybe Thurman as well.

    Yeah most of them probably would, Lemieux, Khytrov, Derevyanchenko, Harrison, Heiland, Lee and Quigley all have a more than likely shot at stopping Ruslan. Like Chavez found out, weight divisions exist for a reason.:deal

    you dont have an amazing chin if you can take punches from fighters you outweigh by 20lbs ie: chavez.

    What's so brilliant about being able to get beat up for a certain number of rounds? Ruslan has a granite chin and power, other than that he is pretty useless.

    Ruslan has a CASTE IRON chin. Matthysse was lighting him up like a Christmas tree and not once did he show signs of being hurt. Almost anyone else at LWW-WW would have been KO'd some point after eating all of those shots. The guy's not human.
