If I can just beg a concession, styles had absoluteley nothing to do with this fight.
Floyds reflexes have always been better than Shanes. That was the difference.
I don't know how old you are, but looking stripped is a lot different from being a durable 12 rounder against Floyds speed, & at 38, an arduous task to come in on weight without a price.
Nobody at this level is better at 38 than they were at 28.
They may have the edge in guile & cunning, but a quick slippery fighter will generally find them out.
Floyd is a master at it.

If somebody is slow with his punches , how is it due to the other boxer?
Mosley was puffing after the 2nd round..
after he landed those big bombs he was puffed out.
He was hardly throwing punches throughout the fight.
I would have given Floyd credit, but that was nowhere near a quick and agile Mosley in there.

 

No mate i disagree with that , Mayweather MADE Mosley look out of sorts , you look at the fight again mate Floyd's reflexes are so sharp every time Shane thought of throwing a punch the target had moved , now don't get me wrong i dislike the big mouthed twat as much as the next man but Mayweather's SKILL's put and end to any dreams we may have had to see him beaten in this fight NOT Mosley's age .

 

It's all good mate. I just loved the passion it was written with. I was reading it in hindsight, but it couldn't have been more wrong. It brought a smile to my face. We've all been there before. I applaud the passion!!!

Absolutely Pops. I'd not gone on the forum all day and caught a late replay of the fight. It was like reading what the fight was going to be like, but in reverse. We've all been there before. That's what makes it so fun. In my mind, I'm still living down tipping Margarito over Shane.

 

I think Floyd is one of the best fighters in the world, but that doesn't mean that Shane was not shot to **** in that fight..
