I sure did..obviously was wrong.
I had assumed Shane still resembled somewhat the one of old..
The guy had Floyd hurt in the 2nd pretty badly, yet couldn't continue for some reason.
It was really weird seeing him back off after he just hurt the guy later on in the round..

 

After every fight I realise more and more so called fans don't have a clue about boxing. Also Berto is definitely overrated, he's another Jeff Lacy in my opinion.

No what did I get wrong? Hopkins was crafty and skilled and Jones was a tricky style match up for him. The fight had drama and I was entertained. It wasn't the greatest fight but I wasn't gonna just pretend the fight suddenly meant nothing after the Green debacle like every other sheep around here did.

 

I honestly could not be ****ed watching the BH v RJJ fight....did I miss something, the commentators called it boring.

What a flattering account of a boxing great who was robbed by the cheating Green....a sensational comeback....the man can get back on his horse alright.

 

Oh please, directly after the fight you were raving about the subtle nuances that you and you alone were only able to see and anyone who didn't wasn't a true boxing fan. The only drama was if Jones was going to topple from a half landed punch when not involved in one of the 1642 clinches of the fight.

 

Everyone saw that barely legal punch of Green's - and it looks like it's ruined Roy's career!
