The fight has only 1 possible outcome...young David bloodied and battered..yet it's on pay per view? In the old days this would be a World Championship Boxing event.

I don't care how good David looked against Fernando Guerrero, Gabriel Rosado, or Hassan N'Dam.

    This is Gennady Golovkin.

David has no option other than becoming the latest "Good Boy".

I just hope he's being compensated well.

Feel sorry for him? He is going to get paid 7 figures to try and unify titles. If he pulls the upset he will be pretty much guaranteed 8 figures in his remaining career even if he loses all his other major fights. Why would anyone feel sorry for him?

Because he has a tough fight?

    Not a tough fight.

    An unwinnable fight.

He doesn't think so. He is much stronger, hits much harder. He will be coming strong from the opening bell. We will see.

Imagine if you could hit the bag, spar and generally workout like Lemuiex. It would honestly be hard to be afraid of anybody.

A hard puncher with limited skills and a shaky jaw vs A hard puncher with great skills and an iron chin. Only one outcome here I agree, but it should still be fun.

I know it's not likely, but if he gives a good account for himself his stock can go up. Look what happened with Rosado. The only reason people care about him is because he's been he only guy in a long time to not go down to Golovkin.

I would like to think I would, but that would be one long, difficult ring walk. Hard to march into certain sever pain, injury or worse willingly.

As others have indicated, it's not an unwinnable fight, his stock rises a lot if he wins, and even in the likely event that he does lose, if he gives it a good go his stock will still rise. It's already risen a bit simply because he's shown the gumption to get in there with GGG after having just won his title.
