Except he does gas and has in his previous two fights against Ortiz and especially against fury he took a lot of time off in that fight it wasn’t because of the intensity of the fight it was because of his lack of stamina that comes from rarely going into the championship rounds, it must be said that the reason he gassed in the fury fight was because of all the work he had to do and all the air shots he threw but to say he doesn’t gas is wrong, a better way to say it is you don’t see him gas very often because his fights don’t last long enough

70/30 in Joshua’s favour. Wilder has the punch but Joshua has the skills and the punch. KO inside 6 both ways.

But he stopped Ortiz and dropped Fury in the 12th. I think his stamina is, in fact, one of his strengths; whether because of taking time off and pacing wisely or a decent VO2 Max, or a combination of both.

Thats because Fury didnt put his weight on him. It was a game of dart thru the whole fight. Joshua would make use out of his weight advantage.

I don't think so. Maybe later in the fight, but if he fights inside he is in range of Wilder's punch. I think using his jab and making it an outside fight and dropping in punches from the outside is the key for Joshua, then if Wilder steps inside then throw the uppercuts and body punches.

Maybe you're right but the AJ fight hasn't happened yet, so going off the fights he's had to date I would say stamina has not been found wanting in Wilder. Perhaps Fury didn't use his weight advantages, as you point out, because of the dangers of attempting to get on the inside and past that right hand? Maybe Joshua will try to do what Fury chose not to and get Wilder to work inside, lean on him and test his gas tank. Joshua prior to fighting Wlad would certainly have done so but he's become a little more cautious since eating that... right hand.

So did I until the fury fight but now I am not so sure, I don’t think he paces himself he doesn’t have to all he does is wait for an opening, it could be that he had to do more in those fights but I don’t think either fight was high work rates and he did take a lot of time off especially in the fury fight but it looked like it was down to tiredness to me, it’s good to actually debate things and listen to other people opinion though I think there are a few on here who could do with being abit more open to a debate lol, it’s like 99 percent on here can’t accept anything other than their own opinion lol

So much wishful thinking in this thread.........

AJ is now a "masterful" boxer according to Brit gospel......

AJ's rep comes from going life and death with stone old glass chinned WK. fact.

AJ is wide open for the straight right and always will be ,what you see is what you get, he is done improving, he has peaked.

AJ has questionable stamina, a mediocre chin, is stiff as a board and has ZERO head movement......he might start out the first couple of rounds doing the opposite but when the going gets rough he will revert straight to his above bread and butter.

No matter what the noobs spouting off.......Fury was in the best shape of his life, that was Dusseldorf Fury, and Wilder put him on his azz twice hard the moment Fury opened up.........Fury is a defensive minded negative fight spoiler with zero pop and if Wilder can connect on him he is going to have a field day with stiff AJ.......and Fury will never ever go against Wilder again, that re match is dead......Fury knows that miracles only happen once and the next time he is getting clipped like that again he aint getting up.

Wilder will KO AJ within 8. because he will not be able to deal with the speed and awkwardness of Wilder.......and the beginning of the end will happen at range.
