I don't know why, but I feel so bad for Ricky. I knew Pac was going to win all along, but deep down I wanted Ricky to pull this one off. The whole thing; how he lost, Floyd, and all of that, I just feel terrible for him. :-(
Don't feel too bad. He has 12 million good reasons to feel good about himself and his family. It's the profession he chose. It happens. It's boxing.
Mickey Rourke summed it up best for me 'This is a fight you wish didn't happen, because you don't want either guy to lose'.
Two rounds of simply being outclassed, topped off with being KTFO with a single shot just before the round's end. Worse than being quickly KTFO ala Spinks-Tyson.
yeah. i really felt bad for ricky too. the sight of his face staring in disbelief while lying on the canvas was the only sad thing in an otherwise glorious night. hope he's ok.
I feel bad for Hatton as well. He's a good bloke despite what some bell ends on here think. Pac was simply just too good for him.
I'm baffled as to why people keep saying that. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, is there a better photo that personifies the sheer brutality of the beating we witnessed? Seriously?
yeah i felt sorry for hatton. (i always feel sorry when a good guy gets KTFO. when arseholes get KTFO i enjoy it). HOWEVER! we must all remember that this is boxing and it's a brutal sport. hatton has ko'ed over 30 opponents who also had fans, wives, parents etc. so we can't get too misty eyed over this. now if someone knock mundine out cold... (again) i will be happy oh.... and KTFO david haye too (i really enjoy watching haye fight anyone else but as a K bro fan i want him to lose. especailly afterall his trashtalk lately).
