GGG is king of a weak division like Kostya Tszyu was at 140. If that's what you want to aspire to be then fine you're not the second coming let alone an ATG either, HOF at best. Other fighters who dared to be great will always be thought of as better.

Because both have better wins than anyone GGG can fight at 160 and they are bigger and better than anyone GGG could fight at 160. Both fighters would be favored over anyone at 160 if they fought there. If GGG moved up to 168 and beat these two they would do more for his legacy than the guys at 160 will.
