i could easily climb similiarly in the division above but the national champ at 132, is a guy ive beaten before and i know i am going to do it again and hes about my size weight wise on fight night, hes only 5'6-7 though, where as the national champ at 141 comes into the ring close at 155-160, he's too big, ive fought him before and had a close fight but definitely the strongest guy. and i plan on competing internationally so i dont wanna face that guy.

It seems going north would be easier than going south for you at this point though. If you already competed well against him, then try it out. You'll only be better from strengthening yourself long-term.

well after my workout tonight from light sparring and about 30 mins of light shadow boxing im down to 140, 132 shouldnt be too hard i can feel it, i'd link you a fight of mine from last year when i made 132 from 147, but i dont think i can pm

hell ill post it here for a bit, lemme know when you got it so i can take it off, the only reason i feel comfy cutting down is cuz i know my body can handle it nicely, my muscle's hold onto a LOT of water hence drying out is easier for me

OK so you've previously fought and beaten regional champ at 132, you must have talent of some sort, and from your posts are aspiring to make national.

In short, you appear to take this seriously , but yet have had months off training between fights and have no-one that you know and trust to advise you on weight loss (and therefore I'm assuming on the rest of your training and pre-fight regime). Look, it's apparent you're decided on this, and if all you say is true, you have great potential.

No responsible poster on any forum would provide you the information you're asking for...

I guess you're going to go ahead with your plans, and good luck: -win, lose, make weight, don't.

But if you've got this far without help, it indicates very significant future prospects that will never be reached if you don't seek out proper advice soon.

(as a PS, if you're subtly asking for advice on diuretics or similar, -DON'T)

Edit- I know I'm gonna sound like a dad now or something, and I know how important things can seem, but always put your long term health first - experiences can wait, and money's worth nothing if you can't enjoy it.

Naaw diuretics dont work for me i feek like crap, i tried them a long time back, when i was still a novice. Felt heavy slow and sluggish in the ring. Yeah i had a s/c coach but not anymore, atleast not for now sincei had to take time off cuz of school. But im trying to go through the same kind of tbings he used to make me do to make weight but tweaking it a little. I woke up at 136 and feeling good so far
