It's now fully available on YouTube so I've finally watched it in entirely. I have to say that Charlo didn't do as bad as most described. I was under the impression that he went into full survival mode after tasting Canelo's power and that's not what I saw. I still didn't give him a single round but he tried to pick his spots while also avoiding Canelo's precise bombs but he was simply outgunned in every aspect. Perhaps I was just expecting worse but I think he did decent considering the gap in skill and divisions.

Lol Charlo didn’t even try. If you try, you throw hard punches not pitty pat punches every now and then. Fixed fight

He definitely threw some hard shots , he missed at least a dozen uppercuts I assume that it was supposed to be his money punch for the fight. But yes he was deterred from picking up the pace due to the sharp counters and over anticipating feints.

Charlo didn’t throw as much as he could’ve, but it’s rather inaccurate to say he didn’t try. The punch stats showed he threw 398 punches, a bit more than Canelo’s 385. It doesn’t seem like it though but that’s what the stats say.

People (specifically on here) don't like the Charlos............so any angle that can be used to tear down their successes will be amplified, his performance against Canelo is a case of that. It was a poor performance, but it was just that Canelo was too strong and to solid defensively. If you actually watch how little twin fights, he wings shots. In this case there was no target for him to wing at without getting countered extremely hard. He's not the first person who's wild swinging has been shut down by an opponent and he won't be the last.
