First I dont like either Wilder or Fury. But my god that WAS a long count in the 12th round . Wanna talk about counting slow. Yet NOBODY has pointed that out.
Pretty sure the ref was going over to wave it off...... Then Fury's eyes opened and he realised he had to count.
I can tell you that ref took his time. Funny in that nobody is talking about that. You gonna sit there and tell me that the ref was counting at a normal speed?
They couldn't of set up the draw and the bigger rematch if Fury was counted out, slow count only confirms whatever happened it was always going to be a draw.
Fury stood up at the refs 9 count, was 8 seconds on the stopwatch. Refs count was actually slightly fast not slow but it did feel very slow watching it live
we need an actual time from the moment his ass touches the floor. ref should be trained to start count there , unless other fighter refuses to go to neutral corner. by the time he checks for that and concentrates on the downed fighter, he should be around 3.
that means a KO then... I'm waiting for video evidence though. edit: and there it is, thanks @Serge it was 9 seconds from down to up 0.13-0.22 close call
Do normal people count 2 seconds as one or something? Watch the video and count it yourself, it’s pretty simple to do and will only take you about 10 seconds...
Wilder fans clinging to anything they can The man can only beat the count the ref gives him and he did
