    Wilder's reaction, and the commentators, made it seem longer than it was.

    Also, the 10 count is really there to stop fighters completely unable to continue to fight on...Its for their own safety really.

    If a fighter gets flash KD, gets straights to a knee, goes to stand up at 9 and slips on his shoelaces, you really want to see an end to that fight?
