People must not think at all! This is no secret Paul's weakness is fighting southpaws! The only fighters he's ever had trouble with are southpaws! I don't know why he keeps fighting them. And that's the thing that pisses me off about people saying he should retire or He's a fraud! And this bull**** about he tried to pick an easy fight and it backfired? 1.Lara was top 3 in 154 hands down! I don't know why people think he was a bum! 2.Paul was coming off a devastating K.O. Loss He was suppose to take an easy fight! But he didn't Never has , and never will! I hope he does. The reason I have given up on him is because of the way he downplayed the punch that Martinez caught him with AND did absolutely nothing to fix the problem with Lara. If he and Mr. Peterson would admit the problem and attack it head on I'd still be a fan. The reason why I want him to retire is because if they think that Paul can continue fighting that way and take shots like that then he may not be able to speak clearly in the near future. And for your comment on right handers...Cintron hit Paul with a real nice right hand that shook him. If you go back and watch Paul's tape you can see the downward slide of his Chin. Yes, he took plenty shots like that...but that doesnt mean it's okay to continue to do it.
I could see him getting another title. For one thing there are four of them, and people mysteriously end up as number one contenders without deserving it all the time so.... yeah it can happen. Look at the current champs in all divisions, in almost every one there is a headscratcher.

It's not just southpaws. It's southpaws that can box. Good movement is a problem for Paul. Winky is a southpaw also and Paul beat him pretty good. Winky doesn't use a lot of foot-movement. Just keep him away from Martinez and Lara!

Meh, Williams has had some trouble with pretty much every decent fighters hes fought. Until recently his chin has held up well. Hes a mediocre fighter on the way out.
Paul Williams's style of fighting needs to be adjusted anc changed. He needs to work on his defense. He has to give up the style "you hit me and I hit you" That's not gonna work anymore.
