I get the impression the WBA, IBF and WBO don't like Joshua that much ... see their new ratings

Joshua is not forced to play by the usual rules.

He won't ever need a mandatory spot from any governing body for the rest of his career. He will never struggle for a bout against a champion because of the money he generates and the more he loses, the more a bout against him will be desired.

You don't seem to get this.

The WBA never rated Larry Holmes, either. It happens to longtime champs when they totally ignore the other orgs.

If Chisora beats Parker in their rematch, Dereck might get rated above Joshua, too, before Joshua-Usyk II.

Should Joshua lose again, who will rate him?

You don't seem to get how far he's fallen in all three ratings. Something clearly has gone on. A bit of collusion, if you will.

One of those "Be nice to people when you're on your way up, because you'll meet the same people on the way down" scenarios.

Now the people Joshua beat on the way up - Martin, Parker, Ruiz - are all rated above him. That's seems a bit punitive. Hughie Fury, too, which is comical.

He'd better win. Might be his last title fight if he doesn't.

Windmill ignored the other orgs because he knew they wouldn't protect him like his Bodyguard Council.

Joshua is a flawed fighter but at least he unified 3 orgs.

Well at least Windmill might win the WBA ridiculous (sorry regular) belt from Busty Bryan

Yes, Joshua lifted titles off Martin, Parker and Ruiz ... who are ALL now ranked above him.

Damn. It's almost like he never beat them at all, isn't it?

The orgs he represented just over a month ago clearly don't even like him.

Irrelevant because if he wins rematch gets back all his to become the 3 times unified heavyweight champion of the world emulating Ali.

    Two things you left out:

    1) Wilder is ranked #1 by the WBC despite being stopped in his last two fights, and his last win coming exactly 2 years ago.
therefore, the WBC rankings are a joke.

    2) Wilder is ranked at #6 in the WBA, you know one spot behind Joshua. The PBC and Don King are already floating the idea of the Bryan fight through certain pro-Wilder youtube channels.

As for Joshua dropping to 5, it's kind of how it should be for me personally considering he has just taken a loss; besides I'm sure some corrupt money will change hands just before the Usyk rematch bumping him back up a few places.

I didn't leave it out. I didn't see it. They just updated their site.

Wow. The WBA actually gave Deontay Wilder a rating. Amazing.

So funny. Five weeks ago, Joshua is the two-time WBA Super Champ. Deontay Wilder isn't ranked by the WBA at all and never fought for any WBA belts in his life.

Now, Joshua has plummeted to #5 and the WBA slots Wilder in at #6.

Boy, the WBA must REALLY be pissed at Joshua or the WBA really wants Wilder to fight for one of their belts.

"Please Deontay. Please fight for our belt." :asskisser

Joshua has paid the WBA how many MILLIONS in sanctioning fees over the years ... compared to Wilder's ZERO.

All those years Joshua defended the WBA belt, all those millions in fees.

They rate Daniel "Joshua Lite" Dubois #1. Hughie Fury, Tyson's goofy cousin, above him. Now they slot Wilder - who hasn't given the WBA a single dime or even a second thought in 13 years - in spot right next to him.

Damn. That's got to hurt. Joshua is really in the doghouse.

    WBA's really dragging him.

    ;)

Um they updated their Rankings on October 31st, you created the OP quoting their rankings yesterday. So, that's a strange case of selective vision you have going on if you couldn't see:

    6. Deontay Wilder

    Cognitive dissonance perhaps.:error:

I looked at the ratings this afternoon. They still had Adam Kownacki #10. Now Wilder is slotted in there at #6

Wilder wasn't rated last month by the WBA (or the month before that, or the month before that, or the month before ...)

Who else does Joshua not like? The orgs are just piling on. Collectively, they have everyone Joshua won a title against ranked above him ... and Wilder, who has never paid a fee to any of those orgs and a guy who those three orgs have basically pretended never existed for the last six years, right behind Joshua.

Did Joshua **** in the punchbowl at the last sanctioning body summit meeting? :nonono

That's not exactly showing support for the guy who was the "face" of your org for the better part of a half decade.

Joshua must've really burned some bridges.

    hahaha okay okay. So........
You, Wilder's resident #1 fan, not only didn't see the updated rankings that have existed since October 31st on the WBA website, you also didn't see any LDBC videos that were posted online about the subject the days preceding your post, AND you also didn't see the thread about Wilder v Bryan including said video that was trending on this very website for most of the day when you decided to create this thread.

    Suuuuuuure....

    Cognitive Dissonance, no doubt ;)

Dude. I saw these ratings. These. Right here. Published Sept. 30th. Don't get your panties in a bunch.

    https://www.wbaboxing.com/wba-ranking

If I'd known the WBA was going to diss Joshua by giving Wilder a rating right next to him, TOO, when they've virtually ignored him for a half decade, I would've included it at the start.

Joshua was the two-time WBA "SUPER" champ and has paid all three of them millions in fees ... Wilder has ignored them all, paid all three of them nothing, and they've ignored Wilder ... and after Wilder's SECOND loss in the his last two ...

The WBA rates Wilder on Joshua's heels.
They are clearly sending Joshua a message. :pipi

Oh you mean the website that reads: "Published : October 31st, 2021" :sherlock:
    :roflmao:
It's all good. Some websites aren't really going to update their rankings then and there. e.g. box.live
But it's funny that you posted that link.

I guess you can post a link to any month and it takes you back to the last. Doesn't matter. The Wilder inclusion in the WBA's latest ratings only makes it funnier and more obvious they are ticked off.
