I can't remember exactly what they were, I just remember his training being unorthodox and targeting speed more than power.
I saw them on the boxing website that is Max, before the Vitali title fight. It was amazing how fast and fluid he looked. if I find a link, I will post it.
Hmm... interesting. I am always fascinated by the training methods of heavyweights. And I have always wondered about his. If anybody knows, please post. Thank you.
Sanders has a long history of back trouble so if he did carry a bit of a spare tire around his middle it didn't mean he was in terrible shape.
Sanders actually came to fight, actually won a round, actually landed some meaningful shots, and was still trying to win the fight as it progressed, which is a lot more than can be said of Peter Sanders definitely stunned Vitali on a couple of occasions but Vitali always reacted well and returned fire Corrie definitely had a unique skill set but was never one hundred percent dedicated to boxing. With his size, handspeed and power combined with his southpaw stance he could have done some real damage in the division. But he never had good stamina and never developed an effective jab or consistent right hook. HIs fights were always fun to watch though
I give Sanders credit for giving it his all in the ring. However, he deserves criticism for not training like he should have.
