Hello I was wondering what is your guys experience in this matter. I was winded once before it was much worse because I did not expect it and I had not felt anything as it. I got winded today I knew what to do keep my head up and breathe small breaths. It really hurts even now I can feel it lol but not as sore
Sort out your core. Also work on your breathing...there is a technique to limit getting winded by breathing correctly when getting hit to the body
