It's a better fight than Mikey vs Crawford. I think Mikey could compete with Crawford but I don't see him winning. Loma vs Garcia is hard to call.

However Mikey said his anyone could call him to fight on Showtime in the interview so that might already have ruled out Top Rank fighters.

I'd wanna see Loma at LW against a guy like Linares first

The only reason why Mikey has a shot is because of his sheer size advantage against a LW version of Loma (undersized at LW).

In any case, Lomachenko knocks Mikey out or beats him so convincingly over 12 rounds, increasingly so over the course of a fight.

Crawford beats Mikey, but Mikey has unfinished business at 135.

I want to see Linares vs Mikey at 135 after Linares (unfortunately for me) beats my hometown boy Luke Campbell.

Crawford would be the favourite vs Garcia at 140.

Loma at 135 vs Mikey? Difficult to call, Garcia is so solid and handled the weight well and we don't know if Loma would, but p4p-wise Loma is above Mikey for me. Just. Mikey is clearly an elite fighter. Great fundamentals, patient, solid and has pop. But Loma looks like he's a glitch in the matrix at the moment.

Loma vs Mikey at 135 is (one of) the best fight(s) to be made in boxing right now.

i cant make a pick yet cause im confident we havent seen the best from either fighter. 2018 should separate them a bit.

Broner beat Mikey up when he let his hands go. Garcia is even less than the overrated fighter I thought he was. Loma vs Garcia at any weight I see going the same way as Loma vs Walters. Garcia has that quit in him, we saw it against Salido and we saw it when he was rubbing his nose and showing no fire as Broner gave it to him.

I hope Mikey continues down this route. Broner was a good step, now let's see him keep fighting guys like that. I know Zlat was a champ and Rojas was a comeback fight, but I don't want to see these kind of fights. Let's see fights against Easter, Linares, Flanagan, Lomachenko, or Crawford. He wins the first 3 losses to other 2 imo. More intrigued by Loma/Mikey because of the size.

Lomachenko is the most skilled fighter in the world today, don't know if he is ready to move up to 135 yet though, but perhaps he will, his skills would make up for his size............
