No disrespect for Cotto but I think DelaHoya will be calling out the battered Cotto in a few days time for Hoya's December farewell fight... :D

That's why... Hoya will call out Cotto now and Cotto will decline since he needs 6 months to heal his wounds (both mental and physical wounds). Hoya will look good with Cotto ducking him...

Hoya will not mention Margo since he said, he will not fight another Mexican anymore... (what an excuse :D )

Then Hoya will call out the no. 1 P4P best boxer in the world right now - Manny Pacquiao... (Hoya is such a warrior :rofl )

Let's get it on... Hoya vs. PAC on December 6, 2008

Sadly that's what DLH has been doing lately, he did it with Mayweather. Made sure the man is smaller when he clearly could've gone done to 147(As he admitted he will for Pacquiao), ring size smaller, gloves smaller(to guarantee a broken right hand), less money...etc

Even by demanding the Pacquiao fight it's disgusting, he knows he's fighting a former 107lb fighter who will also have to move 2 weight divisions above for this fight. You think he will even consider someone bigger than him?, you're either TOO small or the deal is off for DLH now.

    No.

Oscar won't fight a fighter who has lost his last fight.

Don't know what the **** you're talking about. Oscar had the balls all along. He's made no secret that he'd been angling for a possible Cotto fight if he won tonight. Cotto lost so that fight is out of the picture for now.

I agree but as what the other poster stated, PAC is more marketable and will bring the most $$$$$$ ...

yeah..but a cotto-dlh fight would be more meaningful and realistic, the loss today doesn't affect cotto's marketability.

I don't think so... A loss will always affect your marketability, it will lessen your bargaining power...

Let's see if Cotto will be ready for Hoya in December...

Right, just like he called out Hopkins and Mayweather after their losses. This haterism for it's own sake is just weak.

De La Hoya will call out Margarito.

I doubt it. I think he'll call out Marg. ODLH has probably fought more HOF fighters than any active fighter, and he fought most of them at their peak. imho Trinidad was more dangerous when ODLH fought him than Marg will ever be.

You have to twist yourself in two to try to disrespect ODLH's career, but there are plenty of people willing to do it.

You maybe right... I've noticed Oscar's balls popping out from those fishnets...
