Not a prophet except Jesus was able to give dates for His vision, and that was only which was given Him for above that the temple, His body, would be tore down, but rebuilt inside 3 days. Jesus even said that not the prophets nor the angels in heaven, not even the Son of God, but only the Father knows such things as timing of events. The penalty for a false prophesy is death according to the prophet(pbuh) and according to the Prophets in the Scriptures and especially according to the Law.
