Devon outworked Kotelnik BAD in that fight, he landed harder when he did land and Kotelnik did not have ring generalship. Alexander controlled the pace. I had it Alexander 116-112, no problem with the judges scorecards. All of you haters just love to come out of the woodwork and make claims that this was some great robbery when in reality the right guy won.

If the judges scorecards had differed, or been a bit closer, it could have passed. But Kotelnik won more than 4 rounds tonight.

People keep saying Kotelnik was outworked, since when does that make up for being outlanded whilst on the backfoot!?!?

Alexander didnt own the ring, Kotelnik set the pace all night.

Kotelnik landed the harder more accurate punches.

Kotelnik used effective, clean punching, which even ol Harold agrees is a key component in winning a fight, whereas Alexander hit mostly air or the leather of Kotelnik's gloves.

I had it 115-113 Kotelnik, and i, just like a whole lot of other people, know what i saw.

Agree ONE HUNDRED percent. There is a pack mentality among boxing fans. This fight isn't even CLOSE to a "robbery." The RIGHT man won, and by the RIGHT scores. Alexander CLEARLY outworked Kotelnik in the majority of rounds, and the judges turned in accurate scores!

If you prefer higher workrate......then Alexander scrapes through.

If you prefer clean and accurate punches.....then Kotelnik takes it easily.

If you try to factor in both (which is what you should do).....then you can be forgiven for having Alexander scrape a close win. But if you're like me and you're not too impressed with shots that hit the gloves and thin air, then that workrate can become less valuable. Kotelnik conrolled more than one dimension of the fight (cleaner shots, inside game, defence); therefore I think he was very unlucky not to get the win.

Close fight that could've gone either way no robbery in my opinion it just depends on what you go for. I felt Alexander just did more and wanted it more so I thought he won.

this **** was right up there with the robberies we see out of Germany. A nice little cozy spot up there for USA now.

Who's hating on Alexander? What kind of agenda do boxing fans have for Kotelnik schooling Alexander. Compared to the promoters and guys at HBO who are looking to make another star who clearly isn't ready for it. It is what it is and that was straight up robbery.

Alexander, did win the fight, it wasnt easy but he did enough and close out the close rounds with good flurries.I have to admit Alexander should have box more and use that uppercut but he did enough to win the fight.

Absolutely. I'm not a fan of either fighter.
