there does appear to be some very strange cards going round. i'm a big fan of both, but Carl won it. and i picked Kessler to win.
another great post. you're becoming my favorite poster. people should leave their emotions at the door when scoring a fight. even if you hate the guy, just score without bias.
i'm a big fan of both Joe and Carl, so i don't fall in to that bracket. i give the winner the fight even if i hate the other fighter. Carl clearly won, there is no debate on that. just people who can't score properly. but yeah, i'm sure there are some who are doing this because there are some crazy cards going around.
damn right it does. but they don't even believe the **** they write most of the time. it's just them being ****ing petty. :deal
No, it isn't. A majority thought he won, but most had it close. Nowhere close to 99% thought he took it by more than a couple of points. You are responsible for yourself. No, you don't.
don't have a go at me because you fluffed up the scoring of a fight yet again. you talk with a fair mind when it comes to boxing, but you can't score for ****. the vast majority did have Carl winning by wide decision. a handful by two points. did you notice the absence of those who picked Kessler? Carl won this fight. no way Kessler did. just let it go.
Completely the same thing I noticed. Also, In the first fight Kessler looked more cut up, here it was Froch. Still Kessler suffers from having about 1/10 the number of fans Froch has which means Froch gets a lot of hype from the US commentators which makes people who aren't paying attention think Kessler is losing even when he isn't. Check out Showtimes scores on the first one. As far as Ledermans scores go, there's no surprise- the guy ALWAYS gives it to the guy who is busier, to hell with accuracy. I'd like to have seen him score the first fight. he would have had it 119-109 for Kessler!
Holy crap, IB, you bet THE FARM on Kessler? Literally the hens, rooster, all the cows, and the big green John Deer? Ballsy move, man. Stupid, but ballsy! :good
I think both fights were close... The homeadvantage clearly was a factor in both fights. People who says location means nothing DKSAB...
All three judges gave rd 9 to Kessler. 7-12 were all close save for the last 30 seconds of rd 12 (which looked like a low blow from Froch...)
