I had kessler winning 7-5..

I was at the fight and at the time I had 7-5 to Froch, I came home re-watched it and my opinion remains the same.

To my big surprise, I had it a draw. I thought Froch had won fairly comfortably. I think the issue is that Froch's rounds where clearer for the most part, than Kessler's. But scoring on a round by round basis then it was a draw.

 

A lot of the rounds were close. I still had Froch winning by at least 1 round though. Kessler did have good moments in the fight and I was one of the few people who agreed with jim watt at 6 rounds,or at least didn't think he should be shot for having it a draw. As someone else said you have to score it round by round. People get carried away and forget to do this. See Lewis v holyfield 1 for another example.
Froch won for me but it was closer than some people think.

 

i never claimed that IB scored due to being biased. just pointing out that i've seen enough of his fight scores to know that he's way off most of the time.

i think you should go back and re read the thread. IB called me a hypocrite out of nowhere that wasn't connected to the score discussion. that's unreasonable. that's being judgemental without any evidence. i'm not a hypocrite at all. i took offence to that. all i said was that he couldn't score, which was way off with most who watched the fight. yet i'm the arrogant one here? yeah, sure.

so it's all right to post that anyone who scored to Kessler must be high, just as long as it isn't directly to IB? is that right?

and he can say he can score better than me and that i'm a hypocrite without any evidence?

IB doesn't have a problem posting his opinions to other posters though does he? or is he some sort of king around here?

i can see why you jumped to his defence though considering you had the fight a draw as well.

Could you please post other scores of IB's that you find objectionable, then? You cite this fight as an example, and that;s fine...but one fight doesn't indicate a pattern and neither does two. Post multiple cards that you consider to be "way off" to support your case. If IB's scorecards truly strike you as being off target, than you should be able to name a handful of them off the top of your head....just for starters.

Also, if you could, please post your cards for such fights, just to give us an idea of how far apart the two of you really are. Again, it shouldn't take that long, if you're truly serious about this claim.
