Yeah Berto could have sued Mosley, but maybe he was too concerned about what was happening around him and his family to even care about that. And don't come back with the, he was in night clubs a month later, 4 weeks is a long time, life goes on, and people deal with tragedy differently.
Do you think Berto would have pulled out of the bout if that natural disaster hadn't occured? And before you answer, remember boxing is just a sport, people can get too caught up in it!

all he had to do was tell haymon he wants mosley a few months later and it would happen, there's a clause in contracts about postponing fights in case of injuries etc.

berto just didn't want it, he would have gotten his ass beat anyways.

 

I know there are clauses in contracts. But like i've said before maybe Berto's camp pushed for a postponement, Mosley didn't want to wait for his next bout, so Berto's camp agrees to cancel the bout because he doesn't want to deal with all the hassle it would bring. It doesn't always end up in court.
Saying Berto used a huge natural disaster, that no-one seen coming (in which he lost family members), as an excuse for pulling out of a bout with your favourite boxer (I'm assuming he's your favourite boxer) makes you come across, no offense, like a twat!

And there is no guarantee that Berto, 'would have gotten his ass beat anyways', although Mosley was the big favourite.

well mosleys fighting 4 months later while berto 3 months, all he had to do waspostpone, it could have easily be done, but the boy bitched out, if he can go out drinking and ****ing wimmenz why cant he fight?

It's obvious your not going to listen to another side of what maybe happened. You obviously have all the facts...it's as simple as, 'the boy bitched out'. Not that he lost family members. He was supposed to fight my favourite fighter but a natural disaster happened that no-one predicted or could forsee, but this gave Berto the opportunity to back out of the fight. Why the **** did he sign for the fight in the first place?

Learn how to debate without showing bias, thats what the majority of people need to learn to do on this forum. It's ok trying to back up a prefered boxer, but stop throwing out ridiculous comments, and come to stupid/hateful conclusions.
