before i'm abused i'd like to say it was a close fight and could have gone either way, i dont think shane won it outright like so many claim

I thought De La Hoya clearly took 4 of the first 6 rounds. Some people think Mosley won that fight easily. I certainly don't. He probably edged the fight nonetheless. Not because he finished stronger during the late rounds, although that obviously helped him, but he just won more rounds. Just!

No way DLH won the 12th Mosley landed like 50 clean shots.

whats wrong with my scoring some of the rounds were hard to score, mosely didnt dominate and it definately wasnt as wide as 116-112 in his favour

Well, I think you're wrong here. I think Oscar elected to trade to often and Mosley outworked him in a lot of spots. Now the second fight is a different story.

8 rounds to 4 for Mosely. It was competetive but clear for Mosely and an easy fight to score. I dont see how anyone could give it to Oscar. Everything Oscar did Mosely did better. Speed, power, boxing, ring generalship, defense.

A good arguement can be made that Mosley never won a round after the 1st until the 7th. With that said, De La Hoya easily took 4 of the first 6.

I don't think anyone can dispute that De La Hoya was doing better during the first half of the fight. Busier, backing Mosley up, and bossing the exchanges.

I only had DLH taking 3 of the first 6, and had him taking 2 thereafter.

    DLH: 2,3,6,7,9.
    SSM: 1,4,5,8,10,11,12.

I had the 1st fight 115-113 to Shane, the 2nd 116-112 to Oscar.
