I hate clinching

Getting punched full stop will be a contributing factor, to the back of the head and at close range is no different.

Was it the major factor? Probably not

 

You don't think a punch to the back of the head is worse than a normal punch?

Khan was knocked out with one punch. Multiple punches to the back of the head sustained over many rounds would be worse.

I honestly think it would need many, many punches to equate to the same punishment! There is no real torque! Canelo threw god damned kitchen sink at Khan.

You ain't going to allow clinching if you are going to keep getting tagged in the back of the head or you will do it back to them if your allowed. It will balance back imo.

 

Broner made a jackass out of himself in that fight. He knew Porters style and what was coming. He just was used to beating up midgets.

 

I have already stated that it wasn't just the rabbit punching, a couple dozen rabbit punches could add to it, it would be no different to getting hit in the temple multiple times though.

 

I mean what would happen is that a fighter gets hurt, grabs, then gets assaulted by shots to the back of the head. Imo it's just a tradegy waiting to happen. But then again i'm not a medical expert so I'm just speaking out of my ass

 

Pascal was getting tagged behind the head in the 2nd Kovalev fight. Guys who try and roll Kovalev's punches end up getting it in the back of the head. I hope Ward doesn't do that bend below the waist. He might get drilled into the canvass.
