Man, what a fight Itauma was delivering. He picked apart and overwhelmed the lumbering Croat Filip Hrgovic for the first half of the fight, but past the 6th round the adrenaline began to die down, and the lack of slow twitch muscle fibers began to show as he began to fatigue, BADLY. And yet, the tough and resilient Hrgovic began to change the course of the fight in the 8th and 9th round. Itauma's legs and arms were flailing, they were moving around like Jelly, Hrgovic got to land the right hand, and the rest is history. Seeing Itauma on the stretcher ruined my day, but I'm glad that Hrgovic managed to shut him up and take the title out of a very hostile country in the United Kingdom. And Ben Davison, you gotta go my brother.
