I'm sure Fundora will give a good account of himself and give Tsyzu some rough moments with his offence but he gives up his height and reach and just stands and trades too much, that will cost him against Tszyu just like it cost him against Mendoza. Tsyzu by brutal KO.

King Timmy is an artist. The canvas is his canvas. His fists are his brushes.

I'm giving Fundora a slight chance because of the short notice but I think this will be a Martinez / Williams type highlight KO for Tim.

That is what gets me about Fundora. He could easily stay on the outside, use his length, work behind the jab, but he insists on staying in close. Perhaps that loss woke him up and he starts to fight to his physical advantages. He does that, I can see him beating Tszyu. Like I said before, I got a feeling this fight isn't going to be an easy one for Tszyu. I see an upset.

Fundoras going to feel some true pain in some of those single shots. Body and head. we can be sure they will get through too. We just need Timmy to be able to keep the pressure up

Sure that's always possible as he has the physical capability for it, but nothing I've seen from him suggests he will do that. Whenever there's a fighter which such huge advantages we hope for a new Thomas Hearns but so far all we've had is guys like Paul Williams who fight like they are 6 inches shorter than they actually are and right now Fundora is more Paul Williams than Thomas Hearns.

Tszyu has to be the favourite given what we've seen. While upsets happen usually there's a stylistic edge the underdog has that people overlook because the favourite has so much momentum at the time or the favourite comes in over confident and doesn't perform. I don't see that stylistic edge here for Fundora and nothing suggests Tszyu is taking his position for granted or overlooking Fundora. So I don't see much chance of an upset if I am honest.

My only concern is if Fundora learned anything from his KO loss. If he has then he has a good chance. He's got to keep his defense tight, and his guard up. I think this is going to be a war, and I don't see it going 12 rounds.

Ive got to agree with our Aussie friends that Tim Tsyzu is showing great stones in taking on The Towering Inferno all 6'6" of him at 2 weeks notice & it should be a very interesting fight.
It all depends on how Fundora has handled his disasterous KO in his last fight I'm looking forward to it
May the best man win. I think I have to go with Tim Tsyzu by late stoppage

Fundora doesn’t have a very good jab at all.

And if you can’t jab, you can’t beat Tim Tszyu.

Tszyu will take a look for a couple of rounds, as he usually does. And then he will make very short work of Fundora.

Initially was concerned but the more I look at it I'm comfortable with the Tszyu win

When it comes to Fundora, this is my opinion. He is freakishly tall for the weight division and is completely comfortable fighting guys shorter than him. Everybody's head is at chest level to him, at the ideal leverage height for uppercuts, hooks, and on top of the head shots. While the opponent has to awkwardly reach for every shot. Fundora is at a huge advantage in every fight. Only Mendoza caught him perfectly. Fundora is a nightmare for anybody, unless his chin is now complete glass. This is a very dangerous fight for Tszyu.
