    Good work brah!

    Keep it up. I'd like to get there before 40 or 50 but i'm in no rush. If I never get there then that is just life I guess. I'm just going to keep training hard, entering comps and enjoying myself.

    I'm focusing this year on BJJ and not MMA :deal

    Do you do that MCMAP's?
