Not so. If I thought Pacquiao was ducking him, I'd admit it. I know I would. But he isn't. He's not the one conjuring up roadblocks, of which there are more to come I have no doubt. But anyway, the topic bores me as well. Better off talking about the stuff that happens in the ring on here, the outside-the-ring stuff is ****ing boring.

Agreed, I just want to see the fight... Ive long said I feel strongly that Mayweather will be too good for Pac but Id rather see the fight & be wrong than not see it at all & have to listen to `would have, could have` bull**** from both sets of fans for the next 20 yrs.

At this time, Joshua Clottey had just won an IBF welterweight title eliminator fight, and would go on to beat Zab Judah for the title later that year. In recent fights, Clottey had given Margarito all kinds of trouble before sustaining an injury, and soundly beaten Diego Corrales.

Now, think back to what you thought of Pac, Cotto and Clottey in March 2008. Consider the circumstances surrounding each man at that time. Pac, fresh from a very close and very tough fight at superfeather. Cotto, one of the best welters and best fighters in the world fresh off a deserved win over Mosley. Clottey, one of the most feared and avoided welters in the world with the IBF title in his sights.

Now, imagine what you would have said to anyone in March 2008 who said to you that Manny Pacquiao would, within two years, fight both Miguel Cotto and Joshua Clottey, and out of the 24 rounds he'd fight against them, would lose 1 or 2, and win 22 or 23.

In these times of internet forums and haters and fanboys and nuthuggers and the Pac vs Floyd drug debate, and all that bull****, it's very easy to lose sight of cold hard achievements that are being made under our very noses.

Once Pacquiao has retired, and the internet goons are fighting each other about newer fighters, history will of course look very, very kindly on his achievements. But I think if even the most hate-filled ******* on this forum considers what he would have said in March 2008 to the prediction that Manny Pacquiao would win 22 or 23 rounds out of 24 against Miguel Cotto and Joshua Clottey, he would recognize that we are living in the era of a serious, serious ATG.

Durans 1st couple of fights were at 120 and he went as high as 168
SRR 1st fights were at 135 and he went as high as 165

So throughout history there have been special fighters who have climbed up in weight and been successful and i feel everytime we see Manny fight we should realize he is special like those before him who have ventured out of there divisions and been successful.

Pacdbest was saying that pac wasn't really that small of a fighter and that he can compete in the higher weights... now these same people are crying PEDs.

Duran was a champ 135- 168. Lightweight to super middleweight.

SRR was 147 -light heavy

Pac was a champ at 112 & it's lineal title. and now a champ at 154.

The difference,,, Pac actually get a legit belt at his lightest weight class. The other weight jumpers ATg did not.

A sample of PacDbest quote. I think Pac didn't fight Diaz here yet when PacD made that quote. A lot of posters were laughing at him because of his posts about Pac fighting Hatton, Cotto, DLH, etc.

Note that PacDbest also predicted that Floyd will take a vacation instead of fighting the big welters. He wrong though about Floyd coming out of retirement to fight Pac.

Props to Floyd, he's learning now how to finish a fight.

I pick Floyd to win the fight coz Hatton's arms is only 20" & only 5'6" short. Pac's 5'6 1/2" & 25" long from Armpit to fist. Pac is a Different animal than Hatton, He's faster, Punch straighter, Better head movement, quick footed. Watch Pac in any fight, he's not that hittable with the left hook. The opponent has to deal with Pac's Jab in order to be hit by a Left hook.
You haven't seen the welter Pac yet. You've only seen the 130 Pac with the Power of a middleweight.

Pac will be busy with JMM, Diaz & maybe DLH. PBF will take a Break, He'll not fight Cotto or any of the Bigger welter. hatton will Probably will be back at 140 fighting Witter or Torres. Pac might fight Hatton in England after DLH.
PBF will come out of retirement to fight Pac after all thoose Big fights.

At first i thought that that pacdbest guy was just some philipino die hard pac fanatic who just got lucky because pacquiao amazed everyone, but how he describes hwo things will turn out is really amazing, just spot on that im actually doubting that he is freddie roach.

only Pac has the speed to match Floyd in the present crop of Challengers. Floyd has advantage in speed while Pac has the matching Power to hurt Floyd. Pac & Floyd are the 2 longest Arms of all elite fighters below 147. Pac's at 25" & PBF at 26". With Pac's length & Style(Relentless Straight puncher) I can see him Catching Floyd. Add to that Pac's fast feet will surely pose Problems for Floyd.

I didn't say Pac wins easy. What I'm saying is Pac has a Chance to beat PBF because he has the Amazing gifts to match Floyd's amazing skills.
