Besides circumstantial evidence is only accepted in the Law of Courst with special considerations. By itself, it is circumstantial,, a conjectural evidence.

With the matter of suing, everybody is entitled to "personal " opinion, but it cease to become "personal" when you start to say it over national media as if it is the truth.

 

Look at it this way, when you are smaller and are part of the lower weight classes, knockouts are usually from accumalation of punches not 1 punch knock out power. Pac's greatest assets against welterweights has been his speed with medium power from punches. I mean all of the welters who have fought him have said his punches didnt hurt that he was just too fast. Most of the guys who move up in weight don't have the same effect on guys because they were never power punchers to begin with. Valero comes to mind besides Pac as one of the only few people to do so. Having speed and power and foot movement is extremely rare in boxing that is why he is an ATG and probably why floyd is scared to fight him.

 

Besides that fact that blood testing isn't sanctioned by the various boxing commissions, it's completely moot considering a positive blood test still would have to be seconded by positive alternate testing method to be rendered conclusive, if I'm not mistaken. And if that's truly the case, the sensible thing would be to test the fighters with only the pertinent testing methods.
