I m taking haye...early at that as well. Difference between klitchko and joshua is klitchko rarely gives people the chance to make him pay. Whereas big josh does. Haye will make him pay for it.

I dont think he has a boxing brain tbh. Similar to khan for me...the success comes from their athletism khans being speed josh being power. What keeps them going is their two assets are hard for most to match.

Could defo go both ways with heavyweights especially big punching ones at that. But think the main difference is the boxing brain...i actually see it being an easy fight for haye. With joshua not knowing how to stop the counter punches or what to do to deal with haye.

Joshs footworks slow. His jab gets lazy at times. His arms come down as a fight goes on. With slow footwork and not being great at evading punches and not a great boxing brain imo hes a sitting duck for haye.

I got AJ by late KO, nothing much will happen in the early rounds why both guys try to figure each other out, but once AJ gets his timeing going and lands that big right it's all over!

Still don't think this fight happens in november, it's a stadium fight all day long!

Yeah agree. Will be a stadium fight. Get a feeling eddie wants to avoid it all together if he can. I would if i handled joshua tbf.

Disagree with how the fight will play out tho...i think haye fancys his chances here. Sure he said as much after the whyte fight. He knows theres holes to joshuas game. I think he ll try and exploit them as soon as he can. Knowing one his own stamina wont hold out. And two the longer he stays in there the more chance of getting caught by joshuas bombs there is. He might try to make it like the harrison fight with not much happening but he ll be waiting for that mistake presenting itself.

I think another problem facing joshua against haye is the amatuer training system. They seem very good coaches but they seem to overcoach them for me. It kills their ability to think for themselves.
If you look back at a lot of the guys from the system they always do need someone telling them what to do. Froch. Khan. Joshua. Whereas haye seems to be able to think for himself.

Will be genuinely shocked if Joshua's team go for this fight. I'll be picking Haye to win this based on style and experience. Joshua beat a tomato can for the title and hardly proved much so far to properly judge his abilities.

Why is two months not enough? Everyone in the UK know who these two are and having an extra 4 months isn't going to make a ton of extra people buy it, it will just make a ton of extra people ignore anything (such as GGG v Brook, Crolla v Linares) happen befoehand.

Bare in mind, Mayweather-Pacquiao was only official around 7 weeks beforehand with only one press conference and broke box office records. In the UK, this will do the same.

The thing is though, they DID try and get the Millennium Stadium, which seems a bit over the top for Joshua v Stiverne, Parker or Pulev.

And if they go to Wembley, when can it happen? Haye knows he's competing against Fury to fight Joshua in the summer next year and is a distant second. Is he going to wait around until 2018 hoping Joshua keeps winning while he is knocking over bums on Dave?

Haye probably needs the money ASAP and Team Joshua will know it's a big money fight down the drain if it doesn't happen.

Seems to be a lot of rumours going around today that Hayes 'big big' announcement coming up early next week is to announce April '17 fight v Wilder. Seems a little weird if true though.

All will be revealed on Monday. I would be amazed if it is Haye's name that Hearn announces.

Well in the interview on IFL up a few hours ago EH says it will most likely be Parker as it stands....he is known to throw a few red herrings mind.

My guess is Hearn is using Parker as a lever in the negotiation with whoever it is he is looking to lock in for Nov 26th.

    Something along the lines of:

"Take it or leave it. If you don't want the fight we have Parker ready to go."
