    You been an avid supporter of FLoyd and with all the trouble hes in and how his boxing career is about finished you have no interest in boxing anymore.

    It's not just that. Yeah that fact that Floyd is a part-time fighter and isn't planning on fighting ANYONE, let alone Pac is a huge blow to the sport. But then we still have friggin Hopkins hanging around getting big fights, after his shameful and disgusting performance against Jones, Mosley/Mora was awful, Cotto is now taking the rest of the year off because "there is nothing worth it" out there for him. The heavyweight division is a pile of ****....with two great fighters, and then you have the biggest duck of them all David Gaye. Pac is fighting the biggest disgrace and farce boxing has seen in a long time, Margo. I actually hope Margo wins because then at least it will shake things up a bit.

    I don't know, just not that much to be excited about :deal

    I don't blame you.

    Between Mayweather twice scuppering one of the biggest fights in history, fighters pulling out of scheduled bouts for no legit reasons, lacklustre displays in the ring, people diving through ropes, loudmouths ducking real challenges......this 2010 has left very little to be desired.

    gotta agree :thumbsup...except Mayweather me personaly its 1-1 with him and Pac...but it doesnt matter...the fight wasnt made twice and thats the real loss.

    I'm not liking the way things are shaping out - but still love this sport and will continue to support it. There's always a good fight here and there - and then there's always the Mora/Mosley bull****.

    Let me just say this. The big fights that need to happen aint happening, and the ones that dont are. Alot of fans have had enough.

    Boxing fans are going awol, and going to the UFC where they can watch an entire PPV full of good fights.

    In boxing you get one good fight maybe two, and the rest of the undercard is mismatches, and derelict bums fighting each other.

    I guess you might be in the States, but over here we had a cracking bill last Saturday called the ''Magnificent Seven'' which went out on Sky via PPV. It was local/European level (though a few future world champs were on show to be sure)....great entertainment from the top to the bottom of the card. A real 'faith restorer' it was.

    On the plus side theres some pretty good fights coming up

    Williams-Martinez 2
    Lopez-Marquez
    Pascal-Hopkins
    Khan-Maidana
    Froch-Abraham
    Ward-Direll
    Marquez-Katsidis
    Bantamweight tournament - Darchinyan-Mares and Agbeko-Perez

    Plus possibly Bradley-Alexander and you never know those two big fights might just happen next year
