No mate I'm not on it, I have real life friends instead. Facebook is just a license for people, who wouldn't give each other the steam off their **** if they met in the street or a pub, to mither the hell out of each other.

I am registered on there - but I dont take it seriously at all

I am friends with a few girls on there and just have a good look at their photos

But some people on there - its a real serious social tool for them :-(

 

I sent Roy Jones a message on facebook the other day asking him a few boxing related questions and I'm still waiting for him to get back to me.................................................................

 

My sister is one of those. Literally hundreds of friends, none of which she actually meets in real life. A guy who I vaguely know wished me Happy Birthday last week because he'd seen some photos of me on my sisters facebook site out having a birthday drink. You can't even escape it when you're not a member..

 

I've got 1,400 odd friends.... I know most of them apart from some the boxing folk... All the local people i know to say hi to.

It really does get stupid though. I've received friend requests from people I've never seen before just cos I have a mutual friend or something. It's ridiculous. Facebook is just boring now anyway.
