And he lost all of them! 1 of which was controversial, as he nearlly KTFO danny williams and beat him on points on all pundits cards, lost in the end. The next was a bit of a bore fest, checker game and danny williams sort of tactically sorted out mcdermott but he still made a good attempt. Then he goes against an unbeaten prospect a foot taller than him, schools him for mostly the entire night, then loses big time on the cards! Even though hes lost his last 3 fights hes gone from an average joe to a real top UK heavy IMO
I think McDermott gets some undeserved stick on here, he is "fleshy" but I do think he works hard in the gym, he's just got one of those bodies that will never look toned but he has a good engine on him. He's got good skill and ok speed to be honest. Watched his fight against Pele Reid again lastnight, and although Reid was shot, McDermott looked good throwing a good ratio of punches, looked quite quick at times (for a heavyweight of todays era)
Nope Sam Sexton, as he beat the man who beat Skelton:deal In all seriousness that kinda' argument doesn't work :good
Could have been. But I don't see how Skelton can't gain from this. It's not an argument not working, not a a fighter A beats fighter B thing. Just plain and simple that Morph whalloped him where Danny struggled and Fury arguably lost. Skelton's career is nearly over anyway but it's still a better value win now than it was back then.
