This seems to be the truth. What Koncz said about 7 days was in complete contradiction with what other members of Pacquiao's team had said and even what Mayweather's team had said.

The botton line is that he didn't agree to the test, he came out with "I'm afraid of needles" "and it will make me weak", don't forget ppl, those were the words of Pacquio, and Arum and Roach accusing the Fraud team that they want it to change the rules, they didn't fight because PAc didn't agrre to the test the first time around.

Pac never said he was afraid of needles, Ariza did. And Ellerbe completely denied negotiations even happening the second time around. This whole situation was ****ed, and creepy, bag eyed, child molester looking ****s like Koncz don't help the situation. It's too bad Ariza didn't beat him up worse.

We shall see if this speculation about "will there be May - Pac -fight", "will Pac take the test", "will Pac allow May´s camp watch Pac´s training camp" is the event of boxing year of 2011 too.

I truly hope not. When trash-talking and slandering is considered the number 1 event of the boxing year, it tells you something about how Ring mag views the hole sport of boxing.

Old news. When the whole 7 days thing was brought up because of the Koncz quote on 24/7 the consensus was it was assumed that Manny himself was fine with up to the fight, but Team Pac itself managed to negotiate with Team Floyd down to 7 days final. That's why there was no protest from them. People just blew the quote out of proportion without giving regard to context.

Pac's english speaking skills does not help in clearing all these confusion as well.

How I wish he just hire a translator.

Everytime he is being interviewed, I mute the TV.

Roach said they didn't agree to Mayweathers blood testing demands.
So as the guy said, he's just a fan of pacquiao.
ie. ******* trying to cover his heroes ass.

    Pacquiao didnt agree to anything.

There is such a thing as negotiation and compromises. It does not happen that way knowing the egos of the two protagonists.
