Floyd Sr. said that EVEN IF PAC ACCEPTED FULL OSDT, THE ONLY WAY THEY WOULD ALLOW PAC AND FLOYD TO FIGHT IS IF BOTH CAMPS HAVE REPRESENTATIVES THAT CAN COME AND GO UNANNOUNCED DURING EACH OTHER'S CAMP/TRAINING PERIOD.

Pacquiao is not afraid of needles. He's not afraid of that slight buzzing sting of a tattoo needle which is why he gets them. He had to resubmit a blood sample pretty much the day before he fought Morales the first time and when he was in the process of making weight, it messed him up. It doesn't matter if it's psychological or not, this isn't something new he pulled out of his ass. He's not put off by the pain, he's put off by the process of having blood taken from his body.

 

Pacquiao either agrees or not with the drug testing, Mayweather will never fight him. I thought before that Floyd just want to establish a psychological edge over Pacquiao come to fight night with those outrageous demands, but it was pretty obvious now that Mayweather planned it and really want no part for a possible big showdown with the filipino.
