Your race analogy was ok, but there are a few problems with your post.

First of all, Ricky Hatton beat Luis Collazo at welterweight!!! He was not "beat by collazo at that weight already" in fact he was undefeated at the time Floyd fought him! Floyd gave him his first loss and his first KO. Floyd basically loosened him up, destroyed his ego and fighting spirit. Freddy Roach would even tell you this if you asked him. Therefore Floyd's win over Hatton was more impressive. How does knocking out somebody Floyd already knocked out contribute to putting you ahead in the P4P rankings?

As for De La Hoya, Pacquiao beat a weight drained, older, shell of De La Hoya and Floyd beat him FIRST, AT HIS WEIGHT OF 154 POUNDS. (a weight class Manny is too scared to even fight in.) Floyd weighed in at 150 for that fight, meaning Oscar had close to a 15 pound weight advantage. Manny did not beat the same Oscar. Mayweather probably would have knocked him out at 147 too, but who knows. The fact is, weight makes a huge difference.

Lastly, Marquez whooped Pacquiao's ass and Pac had to go life and death both times whereas Floyd schooled him start to finish. Why even bring him up? It's an embarrassing subject for *******s.

The P4P status means **** though because Pac will never step up and fight Mayweather. He's too scared of needles even though he gets tats all the time. Pacquiao will retire soon and Floyd will be #1 again so you won't have to worry about it OP.

We are talking about the fighter of the decade here. So, from 2000 to 2009, can you tell us how many fighter of the year award did Floyd get? Then tell us how many fighter of the year award did Pac get. These are numbers that we cannot dispute.

Because he wasn't supposed to dominate like that. Pac's notable opposition are viewed as better than him before he fights them and then became shot, past their prime, drained, etc after he beat them. Those who give awards thinks otherwise - they believe Pac deserves such accolades for triumphing against supposedly greater odds than other fighters have faced. Another reason is because he tries his best to give a good fight, an entertaining fight, even if his opponents makes it hard to do so. This is boxing appeal.

Respect and greatness in boxing, or any sport for that matter, is not just about how good or skillful you are in paper. It's what you actually do in and sometimes outside the ring.

Oh don't worry no-llege, there is no hate when there is no reason to hate especially on *****s. Look it's simple man. It don't make one damn dog difference whether Floyd was gone(which I truly believe he never was) or still fighting. Why? Because before Shane he was known to fight against the too old or too small aka cherry picking. **** he was still doing that even after he came back from "retiring"!

To make it simple for you to understand, whatever made Floyd great, the biggest most important fights that are the reason for Floyd's greatness, Oscar and Hatton, Manny did the same **** not once, but twice on the 2 very same fighters that made Floyd "great". You floyderinas think it's about being biased, but if it was the other way around with Floyd putting Hatton to sleep in 2, beating Cotto and dominating Clottey I'd be giving Floyd the props instead of Pac. Not only that, but Pac is doing what Floyd should be doing all this time! Beating Cotto and Clottey! What the **** is that all about? I'm sure Floyd could handle them too, but he never did. His excuse is because they aren't undefeated like him they don't deserve to fight him. **** Oscar and Shane weren't/aren't undefeated, get my drift?
