Wow. I am awestruck by my fights, the old film footage, the class of how the tapes are put together... Its my opinion that every poster here should order at least one DVD of some old fighters that interest them.

As of now I am watching Gavilan (no suprise here, right) vs Buker. Its a young Gavilan fighting in Habana. The audio cuts out frequently which I love, and when it cuts back in you hear the cheers of a smoke filled Cuban crowd. I am ever impressed by Gavilan as a fighter and as a person in the ring.

Also on tap is Pep against Cadilli (Pep is freaking awesome I take major issue with those who say he couldn't hang with today's feathers- you have to see this video). I've got Duilio Loi, Elorde, Camacho, Arguello, Harada, M. Ramos, and Kid Chocolate.

The person who put these videos together for me is a poster on this site, and he does a wonderful presentation. Each video has a menu (I did not anticipate this) so its easy to jump from fight to fight. It was ultra affordable, arrived in short time, and it was very nice to deal with someone with the knowledge he had.

Anyways, back to my fights. :good

I watched the Camacho vs Limon fight and Camacho at that point was a handful with his hand speed and work to the body. Limon didn't have a clue what to do with him.

I must say that Camacho's personality irritates me on some deep level though. :think

    You too.
When Camacho started I couldn't wait to see him get KTFO!
To this day I still hate the guy, and it's not the arrogance. I can deal with that. There's something else I hated about Camacho. Maybe it was the way he moved in the ring.

Lol I can't explain it either. There is just something snakey about him. I don't feel that he fully capitalized on his brilliant talent. His temperment just strikes me as one I wouldn't trust if I met him on the street. Its as if he is extremely arrogant but doesn't take himself seriously, and its maddening to me for some reason.

I just want to reach through the screen and slap him when he talks, but I know he would slap me back four or five times.

The posters name is Raging B(_)LL.

If your serious about getting videos, do inquire with him. He is very busy though, so serious inquiries only (not adressed towards you specificaly).

I'm serious. I'd likely order a whole bunch at once, to make it worthwhile shipping over to this craggy rock in the North Atlantic

No doubt Camacho had skills. I shouldn't not like the guy, but I guess you can't like everyone. That being said, I feel OK hating him.

I know what you mean about "snakey". Camacho has a greasy look about him. Like he should have worked in a New York 42nd street porn shop had he not been a world champion. Someone you wouldn't want to shake hands with for fear of getting some stuff on you.

I ordered three DVDs, each with two hours of footage. Each also has a menu like I mentioned before so its easy to navigate.

After seeing his list of fights, you can write him about which fighters you would like to see and he will offer suggestions.

I'm extremely happy with the fights he sent. Great quality, no skipping which is always a concern for me.

Get ESPN Classic, They occasionally Shows the old stuff, I've recorded a Lot of classics there.

The only DVDs I paid for was the Pacquiao 3 DVD collection I ordered right around 2004. Paid $29.00 But the value of what I got has the Value of Gold. Since then.. HBO,SHO, VS, ESPNC & youtube supplement enough boxing for me to watch.
