If Canelo was 25lbs over, how did he make 152 then? You're telling me that he put on 25lbs after rehydrating? LOLOLOL.

so, everytime a fighter campaigns at a new weight he's being dragged up?...

nobody made marquez take the fight. in fact, he was the one who challenged floyd thinking that floyd would be rusty from a long layoff. he agreed to a catchweight of 144.

marquez himself admitted he was struggling to make 135 and was actually a jww which is what floyd basically is.

Hey doofuses, there is way more to boxing than scared divas not wanting to fight each other.

This thread is about a fighter with big cojones not about fighters who are afraid of getting punched by 8oz gloves or fighters afraid of needles.

Fought Trout when people thought he wouldn't, and he could have avoided it
Fought Lara when people thought he wouldn't, and he could have avoided it

Now chose someone dangerous like Kirkland for his May 2nd fight instead of a relatively low risk fighter.....

Im not a fan of his fighting, but his attitude has won me over bigtime. He is one of the few fighters today who do boxing justice with their mentality, the fighters with the real spirit of competition looking to fight the best they can and challenge their peers, instead of looking for the path of least resistance *cough*LSC, Mayweather, Stevenson, Team Al Haymon

Him and Thurman are a breath of fresh air for me. They bring honor to the sport with their alpha mentality.

before the mayweather fight he was calling out Kirkland, paul Williams and Ortiz....fighters that Floyd would never be found near....except for one that he had to sucker punch

To hell with Canolle with his bought refs and judges. SOB has 2 losses and 1 suspected loss. Floyd L , Lara L , Trout SL.

Kirkland will kick his ass but I guarantee he gets the decision. SOS just like DLH got all those decision when he got his ass kicked.

I used to think Canelo was a pampered spoiled little punk, which he may still be, but he's earned my respect for taking matches he has little to gain from, and a lot to lose, Lara and Trout are hard as hell to look good against yet Canelo while not shutting them out looked better than anyone has before.
