If he still continue to fight, he should prepare to fight either Derevyanchenko or Saunders next.

 

I respect the hell out of him. He absolutely deserves a 3rd fight and I hope he wins it.

Third fight is needed! GGG deserves a decisive win, and that means KO.

 

You can have the opinion that GGG has Canelo's number and with a good argument you can be justified.

There is no way to justify that GGG is a greater fighter.

If they both retired now, at 28 Canelo would already rank higher than Golovkin in an ATGs list. But they are still both active so we cannot say with 100 certainty who will end up ranking higher .

Canelo does have the advantage since his resume is much better and is in his prime with a few more years left to build his resume.

I don't blame him for fancying he won. We've all seen dudes claim they thought they won after taking far worse drubbings. This was a razor close fight. But after all the trash talk beforehand, you'd think he would have stayed for the interview. I guess he was almost as sad as his average fan on the forums were.

 

What's the point of the third fight? So he can get robbed again. Any fight between the two will be close. And any close fight is not going Golovkin's way. I don't wanna see it.

Nah Canelo beat him up and it’s only going to get worse for GGG if there’s a third fight. Golovkin’s own coach thinks he lost, so this robbery talk is pathetic.

Yes, Fullmer was a huge middle for the day, even with same day weigh-ins he looked much bigger than SRL who was usually 156 or 157. He had an interesting fight plan; put one elbow in front of his chin, force you backwards and swing at your head as hard he could for 15 straight rounds.

Love the GGG jab. It's relatively close to most middleweight straight hands. Also really like Canelo's uppercut counter punching skill. I'm becoming more and more of a Canelo fan each day.

 

I enjoy watching these two fight. Great styles matchup and now some bad blood.

I would love a third next Sept after maybe Canelo-Lemieux and Golovkin-Murata or Saunders-Andrade winner.
