I just had to get this out on the Interwebs quickly before it wears off. At least this will be searchable at a later date to dig up.

I sense a trilogy between Pac & Floyd. I see Pac winning the first with his speed and aggression. It befuddles Floyd like most other opponents that stood before Pac.

The second fight Floyd adjusts and escapes with a narrow decision.

The third and final fight of the trilogy, I'm afraid, is too far away to call at this point.

In order to easily access this thread in the future, I'm going to come up with a term that will be used to search within Google. This word will be unique so that when Google indexes, it will be first. Here is the search term:

    pacfloyd2133

    Update:
I will post updates here as they come to me.

    5/25/2009 @ 6:22 EST:
There will be knockdowns but NO knockouts throughout the three fights.

yeah floyd mayweather, who's only ever had 1 first round know (way back in 1997) is gonna knock out pac in one round. gimme a break. I'm a floyd fan and i pick him to beat pac quite handily but certainly not by first round KO that's just foolish.

"they should do something crasy,. dont worry guys i will speak to the floyds money men and bob arum.

i have put foward a huge blockbuster trilogy. pac and floyd will fight 3 times, one will be at 143.5, second will be 140 and third at 147. its bigger than star wars."

I said the same thing about a trilogy a few weeks ago. I pretty much agree with what your saying, floyd will be the one touching the canvas in the first fight. Second goes to mayweather on SD, then third Either pac UD or mayweather KO.

ur crazy!!!! i hope they fight 3 times but I want mayweather to win em all lol. and on the luck that they fight more than once is probably slim. mayweather doesn't really do a lot of rematches for 1 and 2 they are both getting old.

the odds of this happening goes UP in the sense that the fights are all set up for them to win a ton of money and then retire. i think mayweather might have a little too much pride for him to take a dive though.

This would be nice but I doubt it. The trilogies are more common at the lighter weights than the welterweight where its more common to win and not give a rematch.

Stop talking out of your ass - Floyd has not stopped anybody in the first round since 1997.
