I wasn't particularly charmed by their first fight and considered the rematch a foregone conclusion if i've ever seen one. I already know the result of the fight, but is it worth 50 minutes of my time watching it?
Depends on what you are looking for. If you want to nitpick about how Dawson isn't this or that, then you shouldn't. But if you want to just watch a decent fight, then go head.
I don't think so. It wasn't that bad live cause i didn't know the result. But I wouldn't rewatch it for entertainment. Now that you know Chad wins, it would be a bit boring.
It was a good boxing match with two dudes with skill and both had excellent defense. If you want a sloppy pitty pat I scratched your eye or I can try and freak you from behind b/c I cant actually land my doggy paddle combo. Go watch Calzaghe boring ass fights reruns. I don't get why people say it was boring... Watch any heavyweight fight that doesn't involve any K bro, and now THAT is boring.
If you appreciate the sport, I suggest you watch...IMO it was a pretty good fight...Both fighters displayed some good skills IMO.:good
If you want to see reasons why Dawson would get his arse handed to him by either Hopkins or Calzaghe, then by all means watch it.
Alright, i'm convinced, i'll watch it. Dawson has fast hands and some of the best combinations in boxing today; i do appreciate his abilities.
I saw nothing last night that changed my opinion of Dawson. Pretty much what I expected. He's not the type to go all out and try and KO someone. We already knew that. I still think he'd beat Hopkinds.. and he'd give Calzaghe a helluva fight.
